Associate Creative Director

Nikki Black (they/she) has a flair for copy and a special love of genre audiences. They’ve worked as an ACD with clients, including Netflix, HBO, HBO Max, Nickelodeon, and AMC. Aside from niche Internet subcultures, they enjoy Junji Ito comics, children’s cartoons, and Ridley Scott androids.

Brooke Montoya Elbrecht

Production Coordinator

Adventurer and collage Maker, Brooke Montoya Elbrecht takes great care in building a seamless production environment sustained by the spirit of the creative process. They have worked at PRETTYBIRD as a production trainee and special projects coordinator and as a creative producer/performer of live comedy at The Annoyance in Chicago.

Senior Graphic Designer

Felipe Picazo, now a Senior Designer, is an expert in crafting visual voices for brands through creative marketing campaigns and refreshed brand identities. He’s worked on projects like creating the new logo for Sunday Night Football and helping launch USFL. If you can’t find him in the office, he’s probably escaped to a basketball pickup game.
