Deuces To The Dopest

1. What did you enjoy most about your internship experience at Compadre?
Of course, the best part was working with and learning from some seriously talented creatives (designers/animators/copywriters/editors/etc). I also enjoyed getting the chance to see client briefs and propose new looks for some big name brands.

2. What was your favorite project that you worked on, and how did you contribute?
I really enjoyed working on an event for Facebook, as I got to work with a pretty large team and learned how to fluidly pass off each deliverable to the next creative. I pitched some potential looks for the event and also crafted some animations for the promo vid.

3. What was the most important or helpful thing you learned during your internship?
A bit obvious, but organization is key. There are so many moving pieces in the design/animation process, and it’s easy to get lost when you’re going back and forth through files working on last-minute edits.

4. If you could give one piece of advice to future interns, what would it be?
Sometimes your first idea might not be your best - always push yourself to think outside of the box and don’t be afraid to try new things.

5. If you had to capture your internship experience in a single GIF, what would it be?

1. What did you enjoy most about your internship experience at Compadre?
What I enjoyed the most about interning with Compadre was being a part of a creative team that cared for each other and shared their creativity. From finding out new things about coworkers' lives to listening to the funny impressions done by Brent on the Morning Scrum, I really enjoyed everyones' personalities and passions.

2. What was your favorite project that you worked on, and how did you contribute?
I LOVED working on the Hotties Give Back project, even though it was axed towards the end! I really enjoyed working on style frames during the ideation process and animating part of the clips that were used towards the end.

3. What was the most important or helpful thing you learned during your internship?
The most helpful thing I learned from this internship is how to effectively work within a team of creatives that contribute equally.

4. If you could give one piece of advice to future interns, what would it be?
Enjoy every minute of it because it's gone in a flash!
