Each week on Both Sides of the Ball, these longtime friends offer commentary, hot takes, interviews, and opinions about the game they love and the world around it.

While Bo and Farrell had the conversation covered, they needed some help on the production front. Enter: Compadre. We were stoked to dip our toes into the content creation game, working directly with the hosts to craft a kick-a** podcast.

A Cut Above The Rest

Like Zoolander pre-magnum, sports podcast logos tended to have one look. Our goal was to avoid the cookie cutter aesthetic of the landscape while also not leaning literally into the show’s name. The result? A sophisticated, bold graphic identity that set us apart from the pack and didn’t pigeonhole us to a golf-only audience.

Nothing Is Out Of Bounds

Once we identified our whitespace in the landscape, marketing needed to reflect the fact that each episode would bring together golf and culture by bringing together two seemingly unrelated topics to convey our message that on this show: Nothing is out of bounds.
