ESPN MLB has teamed up with us to spotlight their 2024 Home Run Derby, the biggest showcase of their home run hitters during the MLB All-Star Week. Our task is to build anticipation for this event and illuminate the players participating, making sure fans are eagerly awaiting this spectacular showdown in Texas.

We traveled to Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas to film key shots for ESPN's Home Run Derby promo. We captured the dazzling stadium lights, pristine field grass, and home plate under a spotlight to highlight the grandeur and excitement of the event.
To highlight the home run hitters, we put a spotlight on them as they stepped up to the plate, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Utilizing lasers, we crafted a star outline around the stadium, reinforcing the concept idea of The Lone Star.
To maintain a cohesive look throughout the entire spot, we applied a consistent visual treatment to all the footage. This included enhancing the excitement of crowd shots, accentuating the brilliance of stadium fireworks and refining live footage.
MARCELLO HERNANDEZ
We also filmed and shot Marcello Hernandez, the American actor and comedian, with a striking backlit style. We created a dramatic and powerful silhouette that added depth and intensity to the visual narrative.
