SHAPING THE VISION


Topps came to us to explore what a bold, elevated launch campaign could look like. We developed multiple key art directions and used Weavy AI as a creative tool to visualize and expand the work, helping define a breakthrough approach and accompanying style guide for the broader campaign.

For the final design direction, Topps chose a look that felt bold, grounded, and explosive.

BUILT TO EVOLVE

We built a client-facing toolkit that made it easy to update campaign assets in real time. By uploading imagery and using prompts, Topps could refresh players, cards, and teams while keeping the overall look consistent.

A NEW CREATIVE FRONTIER

From concept to final delivery, Weavy AI helped drive the campaign’s key art. As our first fully AI-led project, it marked a breakthrough in how we create at scale.

BUILDING THE SYSTEM

The biggest challenge was translating a look shaped through AI into a system that could live beyond it. We solved this by creating a style guide that allowed marketing teams to build their own campaign graphics without using AI, while still preserving the direction, consistency, and impact of the original creative.
