After a long time apart (495 days to be exact) it was finally time for fans to return to Friday Night Smackdown. We’re talkin’ butts in seats, beers in hands, and a whole bunch of energy in the Toyota Center. FOX came to us to build a spot that captured the gravity of the moment and screamed from the top of the ropes: FANS ARE BACK!
BUILD IT UP, BRING DOWN THE HOUSE
Our concept was all about building the tension and anticipation for the payoff of fans returning. To do this we paired shots of empty arenas and WWE Superstars getting ready with some savvy sound design before utilizing VFX to digitally repopulate the crowd for our big reveal. As well as delivering multiple versions of our hero spot, we also developed in-game promo elements that lived across FOX's on-air programming.

We had a blast working closely with FOX and the WWE to welcome one of the world’s most energetic fanbases back down to Smackdown. Here’s hoping they’ll never have to be apart again!
