ESPN – After TUF Show Identity & Package Design

AN ULTIMATE NEW LOOK

We’ve seen iconic fights come out of UFC’s show The Ultimate Fighter, and fans are ecstatic to see season 31 bring Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler as coaches for the new season. Bringing you the best breakdowns of each episode, After TUF turned to us to create an updated graphics package to use for this new season. Our package features fun colors and dynamic movement to help create hype and excitement as fans watch the show.

LOGO ALERT

For this season of After TUF, we created a logo that incorporated the two team colors, and added gold to the word TUF. The type and colors help create a contrast between the rich turquoise of team McGregor, and the fiery red of team Chandler. The colors help make the logo pop, and make it unique to this season.

IN SHOW GRAPHICS WITH STYLE

Our main purpose with the in show graphics was to create movement and stand out from the other seasons. From the simple and clean design of the boxes when doing interviews, bold fonts when quotes appear on the screen, to creating fun movement with text interstitials, the overall package is fun, fresh, and definitely packs a punch (or several).
